Is SambaPOS becoming a Paid application?
No. SambaPOS will be open soruce and free (as in free beer and freedom) forever. You can read our short term plans for SambaPOS on our campaign page.
To be able to bring SambaPOS to a better level we decided to form a development and support team. To afford our costs we'll develop some commercial project that works integrated with SambaPOS. You can find more information about these projects on the campaign page.
